You can try this command “nnmtwiddle.ovpl “ in Support directory.
This operation clears the hostname and IP address lookup caches.
nnmtwiddle.ovpl -u username -p password invoke com.hp.nms.dnsejb:mbean=DNSSupport clearAllCaches
This operation clears all DNS references based upon the input string. Always returns success.

he main disadvantage of copying bulk data was related to soft links. If the source data has any softlink that points to itself, then this command (cp -pr) can NOT be used. It will fill up the file system fast without complaining.

Slik er opplegget. Dvs 8 spurter på 20 sekund med bare 10sec hvile mellom hver intervall. I programmet sier de at intervallene skal gjennomføres med intens spurting. Jeg sier ikke at det er umulig å gjennomføre 8 spurter på 20 sekund. Fungerer greit med spinning, romaskin eller løp

Shotokan er en av de største stilartene innen karate. Shotokan er utviklet fra flere kampsportsystemer av mester Gichin Funakoshi (1868-1957) og hans sønn Yoshitaka. Funakoshi er kjent som mannen som «offisielt» bragte med seg karate fra Okinawa til fastlandet i Japan, selv om Kenwa Mabuni, Motobu Choki og andre fra Okinawa aktivt lærte bort karate i Japan før ham. Shōtō var kunstnernavnet Funakoshi brukte i sin poesi, som betyr «vaiende furuer», mens kan betyr «hus».
